A service charge will be less than Serviced St. Regis Residence Apartments buildings due to the absence of furniture and Housekeeping.   From 26th to 40th floor, only full floors EOI will be considered. Handover by Q4 2026. Therefore, we can say the estimated completion is 2026. The Payment Plan is 70% during construction and 30% on handover. DLD fee 4% plus AED 3,000 admin fee.
